Concurrent Enrollment Scholarship
Scholarship program for registered Cherokee citizens who are high school juniors or seniors who are taking required general education courses at a college or university while still in high school. Applicants living outside the Cherokee Nation Reservation or Contiguous area (see map on reverse side) are not eligible. Private and proprietary institutions are not eligible.
Chief and Deputy Chief Honor Awards
A one-time scholarship program for registered Cherokee citizens who are high school seniors who have been named as the Valedictorian or Salutatorian or a rank of 1 or 2 at a public school. Must have a 3.5 GPA or above. Residency restrictions apply, see the map on the reverse side for the service area. Private schools are not eligible.
High School Honor Cord
The Cherokee Nation College Resource Center Honor Cord is available for current registered Cherokee Nation graduating high school seniors. Students are eligible for an honor cord once per lifetime. Honor cords are provided to recognize Cherokee Nation citizens at high school graduation ceremonies. The application can be found on the Gadugi Portal.

Applications will be accepted during these enrollment periods: due by 11:59 pm Central Time
*If the deadline falls on Saturday or Sunday, the application will be available until 11:59pm CST the next business day (Monday)
The Cherokee Nation College Resource Center provides scholarships and services for high school students preparing for a college degree.
