The self-help divorce forms will ask questions that you must answer in order to complete the form(s).

You will enter all information using the computer.
In order to complete the forms, you will need to enter personal information about you and your spouse.
When you have finished completing the forms, you will be able to print them out.

Plaintiff Forms

You may use these forms if:

You have not lived together with your spouse in the same house for at least one (1) year,
You have not had sexual relations with your spouse for at least one (1) year,
You have no marital debts that need to be divided by the court,
You have no marital property that needs to be divided by the court,
You have no children under 18 (if you do, click here for more information)
You and your spouse have lived in South Carolina for at least 3 months or you have lived in South Carolina for at least one (1) year.

Defendant Forms
